@ fly-zo Dunno if this is a stupid question , but whats the reason for the rule you make reference to, or am I misunderstanding it, does the rule mean, dont post multiple pics by multiple users in one thread or use a thread to concentrate on one particular topic again being posted in by multiple users?

Just to clarify it and the reasoning for it, as I dont understand it, seems a bit bizarre,which leads me to believe theres a good reason for it?

no various posters in single thread . You can discuss pics from original poster in his thread but if you want to post pic ... start new thread . Sort of "off topic" logic . Discussion can be easily diverted from original post.

You're really quite fierry arent ya Fly Zo, was there need for sarcasm...I was being quite genuine mate, I didnt understand the reaon as there wasnt one, now u point out the 56k issue, It makes sense to me now, apologies for my being SO THICK...must admit though, it never crossed my mind about 56k, I think its because 56k hasnt crossed my mind since I was.....errr....30 years younger than I am now, I thought it had been phased out along with smoke signals, flint tools & dinosaurs ...hehe

Just a note about the attitude you display in thread, do try and control yourself mate, arent you supposed to be a mod/ Admin fella or something? arent we supposed to look to you in the event of issues and information if needed? Arent you supposed to command a voice of reason? Sarcasm & bleating on like a brat when someone asks a serious question just doesnt give the impression that you're here to help and I'm sure it would make folk think twice about approaching you for assistance, dont you?

Its a couple of times now Ive come across your rather blunt method of communication, which leaves much to be desired, first time I got the impression that you were far to busy being a modding God of Doom to bother with us lowly screeny art numpties and now your far too busy to answer a simple question without throwing a wobbler and holding your breath till ur face goes blue or summin?

The 56k issue doesn't make sense as one person posting a lot of images in the same thread would have the same effect. From time to time we see "56k warning" posted in the title of a thread for that very reason.

Is THAT what you see your job as being? Your job is to serve the members of this forum. Without members there is no AAA. Instead of acting unilaterally, which is just an ego trip, why don't you talk to Jolly about it?

Also, I find it incredulous as you have entirely failed to enforce this rule in the past.

The fact is, Zo, that you have a personal issue with me and you're willing to kill something that is innocent, fun and popular with members just to find a rule to enforce against me. Obviously, members want this thread and are participating in it. Guys like Low Flyer have come out of the woodwork to post in this thread.

This seems to be the first "community" thread we have had since I've been here, aside from Jolly's banner thread. Why do you want to mindlessly kill something positive when you dont' even know why the rule exists?

Again, why don't you check it out with your superiors before simply acting blindly. It seems that common sense would dictate that.
