make sure you moved that folder "Mod LAL_Hangar" directly to MODS folder. I had same problem but I solved it like that.

It's strange. I don't have 'com' folder in the 'files' folder.

(My il-2 version is: AAA_Community_Installer_ver_1_0_part01 on clean version il-46)

Shouldn't the static.ini file live in il2root\Mods\STD\com\maddox\il2\objects folder? That's where mine is. :?

This is where it may get confusing.. if you have switched to the HSFX system, which is now the compatibility standard, you may not find your STD file at all.. I'm still trying to find my way around their mod layout myself.
