I suddenly noticed after installing Silver Plate I somehow stopped to hear any engine sound when flying P-51B/C/D models. Just a complete silence... But everything's fine with Spitfire MkIX that uses Merlin also... And Early Mustangs (that have Alison) are O.K. also...
Can anyone please help?

P.S.: I use UI 1.0...

I think something wrong with ACInstaller what you install over UI. How i know UI use little different soundmod. Try reinstal soundmod 0.9* over UI and after this reinstall last ACInstaller.

Mustang and Spitfire use different presets and sounds.

And what mean earler mustangs? If it not B,C,D?

Кстати, а ты себе установил Silver Plate и новый 190A-3? Если да, и у тебя после этого всё работает, то, может, просто поделишься своими presets и samples для 51B/C/D? Вдруг заработает?

Oh dear, just made me do a panicky check of my Mustangs, everything fine here.

Have you tried installing one of the specific new Merlin sound mods at this stage? This may tidy things up for you.

If not then its back to first principals...
