UnknownV, did you install the 4.08 patch to your 4.07?

You must do that before you add any mods.

I would suggest using the Unified Installer pack after you add the 4.08 patch, it will install many mods with no problems.

I can to play run the game with Mod now

My error was this patch:
"1946 4.08 Patch and Dedicated Server Released" in
http://www.pacific-fighters.com/en/home.php?skin=S2

And the correct Patch 4.08 is
http://mission4today.com/index.php?name ... s&get=1908

I am sure others friends have this problem too.
