Ok, it's probably an Ati related problem then, because i can't get it to work.
Tried different conf.ini settings and the basic settings for ati cards from il2setup.exe settings.

Well keep up the good work as i seem to be the only one with this problem :wink:

First off top notch job, I love the way it looks :wink: One prob and never had it till I downloaded this. I have had my wing shot off and am still able to fly?? I shot the wing off of a B29, wing was gone but fire was comming out of the spots where the engines would be if the wing was there?? This is the only smoke mod I have and it works just like you say above but just those two probs that I have had several times now, once in an a20 I flew all the way back to base as if I had my left wing, which was no longer there but when I landed I crashed like there was no gear on my invisible wing. Can you help with any ideas? cuz I really like the mod otherwise 8)

Long awaited solution! But when I try to download the archive from the top of the 1st page, mediafire says: "Invalid File. This error has been forwarded to MediaFire's development team".
Where can I get the final version of this mod?

Fly!, I really love this mod, I think it has the best balance of realism yet. The only problem is that I'm having is that when I crash (and I have a lot of experience with this) and the plane catches fire, I can't see the flames. I can hear them, and my squadmates who are not using your mod can see them , but I can't. I'm going to continue looking for conflicts, but I'm curious if anyone else might have run across this one?

Again, I love this mod, especially the blackout.

I just tested this scenario & shot the wing offn a B-29 w/ no damage abnormalities. i was also a Zero w/ 3 enemy Hellcats after me. They shot off my wing and I couldn't fly anymore & crashed.




So I think you've got yorself a conflict w/ another Mod. Don't know which 1s you have, but if you can post a picture of your MODS folder list, maybe I can guess.

Reap, what's in Engine Flame folder? sounds like you have a bad hier.him file somewhere in 3do/Plane folder.

I think I found it I changed the name of Benders gunfire and the issue as far as I see has gone away. But I really like his gunfire I made the engine flame mod not work by changing the name with a dash (-) and I was flying with no wing again when it fell off, I reset it and changed benders gunfire mod name with a dash (-) and try as I may , when I loose a wing im going down. So this must be problem. You think it can be fixed so both mods work together??? His gunfire mod is awesome like the fire in your mod

Fly I have not tried the low res version but I know when it was disabled the prob went away. As far as lag this is when I fly on my desktop (Quick Missions ) not online, so as far as lag I have none. So I am not sure, I will give the low res a try. One thing for sure is it is not related to the slipery Mod, just from multiple tests.
