BAD sky texture-need help

Are you running the game with screen monitor set at 32 or 16 bit ?.
This sky looks like 16 bit color quality .

actualy it is on 32 color. i went through my NIVIDA control panel, and its on 32

Go to your game set up and look if it's set running in 32 bit color quality mode and not 16 .
If it's at 32 bit , then you need to make sure to run in perfect mode settings to have normal looking sky without those rainbows.

Please reupload the images as a .PNG file the jpeg format cause a extreme loss in quality

Use your new Gimp program Wink Open in gimp and "save" as a .png rather than a .jpeg...

I thijk the best thing to do is this. Go in the game look at the sky and hit print screen on your keyboard. Then open mspaint (Hit the windows key and R at the same time then type mspaint). Press paste and upload it via photo bucket. (Some sites automatically converts photo into the hated jpeg). He can't just save these as png because thewe screen shot's have already been plagued
