How to upload pictures
#1

~S~ All!
To some this may be a dumb question, I am not use to uploading pictures to forums. I have two pictures I want to uplaod because I am looking for a cockpit modder to redo the B-17E/F/G model and the B-24 cockpit. I have pictures of both cockpit and would like to have a realistic cockpit for both bombers, instead of a B-25 cockpit for both B-17/24. Thank you in advance

If you got web space or images hosting all ready go to part b.
  1. First you need to set up an account at a free images hosting web site;
    * http://imageshack.us/
    * http://photobucket.com/
    * http://www.flickr.com/
    Just to name a few...

    When you have done that then you can upload your images, but you might be a good idea to resize your picture's because;
    1. it saves space on your image hosting web space, which means you can have more pictures
    2. it means the image loads faster
    3. when posting on a forum it makes it easier to see
    Best image size would be some thing like 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768

  2. Now your images are uploaded you can post them on here. To do this you have to copy the images url from your image host, like this; http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3260/285 ... d18c78.jpg (random image off the net)

    Then click on the "Img" button at the top of the Post/Edit panel and should see this appear; [img],%20then%20past%20your%20link%20after%20that%20and%20click%20the%20"Img"%20button%20again%20and%20this%20will%20be%20at%20the%20end%20[/img]

    So now it should look like;
    Code:
    [img]http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3260/2852552059_6590d18c78.jpg[/img]

    Next press Preview check it works and if it dose then hit Submit, then you and ever one else will see your image.
