Although I can fly all the "old AI only" planes there are three that I cannot fly. They are:
MS406 M.S. 406, 1936
MS410 M.S. 410, 1938
MS-Morko M\u00F6rk\u00F6 Morane, 1944
^^This ^^ is how they appear in "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\MODS\STD\i18n\plane_ru.properties". I cannot fly them in the QMB nor when I place them in the FMB and tick the "Player" box.
Do they need to appear elsewhere for them to work?
EDIT: Also they are in "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\MODS\STD\com\maddox\il2\objects\air.ini" as
MS406 air.MS406 2 f01 WINTER
MS410 air.MS410 2 f01 WINTER

I just checked all three in my QMB and I can fly all three of them,
I have the UI 1.1 and nothing else except some special objects for the FMB in my install for map making.
I can't really help you out,just letting you know they work on a stock UI 1.1 Install

Well if they worked and now they don't ...
I would have to think that you need to start disabling Mods you have installed since you last noticed these aircraft working.Disabling them one at a time and then checking in game to see if it corrects the three planes should help to find the problem.You could even disable all added Mods,check the planes to see if they work.If they do then enable the addon mods one at a time untill you find the conflicting Mod.
Do you have Mods from other sites other than AAA ?
This I could see being a big problem as from what I have read other mods from other sites are usually not built with any thought on AAA file and folder structure!
If you have no other mods than AAA,and disabling mods can't find a solution.Then a re-install would be in order IMHO
