Just an observation, but it seems that between the weather types of 'hazy' and 'poor' there is a vast difference in the amount of clouds in the sky, with 'hazy' having very little and then with 'poor' being very overcast.

I was wondering if there is a way to either add more clouds to 'hazy' or reduce the amount of clouds in 'poor'?

Generally speaking, WW2 aircraft wouldn't fly in foggy conditions.
