I know this has been happening ever since UI 1.0, but my question is:
Is there a way to get the game to load quicker with UI 1.1 installed? It seems to take forever to start.

It's a trade-off - more mods mean more fun and enjoyment, but you have to learn to wait and be patient ...
It does become very pronounced after a while though. Especially if you install mod after mod ... best to choose those you really never use (say cockpit mods or repaints for planes you hardly ever fly anyway) and move them to another temporary directory. Then you can retrieve them should you ever feel the need to use them.
But all in all though, you just have to accept slower loading if you want to use mods. I say it is more than worth the wait.
Well I thought that would be the case, but I had to ask. I've already deactivated as many mods a I could and still have the ones I want most.
