As a matter of fact I have the same problem. Installed the mod in MODS, added the lines to static, and still those clumsy beggars, instead of smart infantry.

Does it really have to do with removing some lines from the static file? And if so, which ones?

My guess would be is to make sure in the mission itself in the FMB that those objects show as the new guys (instead of the old ones). Remember now that both sets of figures are in the setup is my understanding. Hope that helps some.

Has anyone found a way to animate these guys and get them to work as a column? I'd love to have an actually infantry column as a target for a strike mission, and think about it... If we're doing DCG campaigns in the pacific, infantry would be really useful.

Why on earth would you want to shoot a cow?
Can't ever remember the Germans using them as assault troops or combat engineers??

i can't either, but i do remember that the U.S used sheep as suicide bombers in europe (Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway) lol
