no matter where you checked the plane in FMB, a campaign will automatically arrange the pilot by rank.
but you must nonetheless set a player. this determins the squadron.
so be careful with all planes in a mission being of teh same squad, you could end up in a Ju52 instead of a Bf109 due to rank.
in a static campaign you cannot select squadron before playing, this only works for DGEN campaigns.

but I have no ____.dat so I can't save in that folder ,if I saved ,I think it can't start in campaign.What about in ....../IL2/mission folder?
I don't understand your question at all.
what dat? to make a campaign out of single missions you don't need any dat files... just inis and tehse can be opened with any text editor.
