I have IL2 4.08m installed on my computer. Can I add maps from the 4.09b1m patch into my current version of IL2 without installing this patch?

Most of the new maps got new texture include in 4.09 or new one so i think you can t....

Get Unified Installer; it has new maps and version switcher, and lots of mods.

The best thing you can do is to install unified installer than yoo can add maps as match as you want.
