well the new patch is out!!!!! big deal well it would have been six years ago but its not now!!! sure these guys have worked hard at making the game a bit more interesting but its still the same ! i dont get it every one raving about a patch that is six years old i mean look at how the game stands now with mods i mean skins maps effects misssions and so much more stick with the mod community fellas if this was a seriuos patch where ? are the new sounds effects cockpits planes that we exspect to see ummmmmmmm! on the sow drawing board of course!
i don't like this patch too ... They can add a lots of stuff in game , but they don't. :x
Blunt Version: They're preoccupied with SoW and they dont give a shit about Il2 anymore.
Once IL2 was *excuse the dirty word here guys* for lack of a better word "Hacked" Oleg probably shrugged and went "Well they can do it themselves now cant they."
A patch is a patch IMHO, didnt see much rave about it, see more rave from realeses in the MOD realm then anything 1C reports on unless it's SoW based.

Daidalos have done a wonderful job with this patch, and we should be grateful for it What do you have to complain about, it's a free patch anyway... As for 'sticking to the mod community', no one is asking anybody to take sides. The patch may not be fully compatible with the UI yet, but you can expect the modding geniuses to find a way to make them compatible so we can have the best of both worlds.
BTW, Daidalos is NOT 1C. They've been working closely with them, but they are an independant group. They don't get paid for working on the patch, and they do not owe anyone anything. More is on the way, in the form of additional patches, but in the meantime you just have to give them time and try to be happy with the amazing work they've agreed to share with us.
