He probably used the new buttons from SAS. Their site is down, but there's a link to a separate forum that has some of their files for download.

I used the latest buttons from SAS, but the side is down.
They are still down loadable. I saw it in a other post earlier today but I can't remember witch one.
maybe somebody else can post the link here.
