Hmm.. all apologies if this has been brought up. Did search for 15 mins and found nothing.
I dont like to have the text displayed ingame - the Speedbar (can be removed by a key assignment) as well as the icons (same there). But how do I get rid of the Power indicator? There always seem to be a text shown when I change my throttle.
Really annoying... any tips?

I love how posts change topics so fast. I prefer a PC. Macs have always been used for editing as far as I can see. Although, the new Mac Operating System is kicking Windows 7's butt lately. I just don't like seeing an apple on every single Mac component I buy.

How Telling
Before this turns into a heated "debate", are we really arguing about what kind of computer we buy? Respect each others points of view and use whatever type of computer you like. Yes, he did have it as his avatar, and yes It is insulting to some mac users, but is it worth responding to with another insult? and then must that insult then be answered? Even if you do think it worth arguing, out of courtesy do it somewhere else, like in PM's and not in a thread concerning HUD messages. Thank you.
And as to the real subject of this thread, there's a file IL2 Sturmovik 1946/files/I18/hud_log.properties containing events and the resulting hud message, you can edit the second line to tell the game what message to display for each action.
