HI i just got HSFX 4.0 and 4.1 just yesterday and im trying to add new aircraft and i cant find these files

I looked in the I18n folder and its not there

OOhh thre it is thanks.. and where do i place the Mod? do i make a MODS folder? or put it in teh installer?

Yes, make a mods folder just like the old UI 1.1/1.2 and add your mods to the game the same way you added them to the UI games.
