At last for the people a very simple test ...

You turn off the Corea mod 1.3 ( Korea mod 1.3 :wink: ) and you fly a F-86 ... You do what you want in the air , and note the fantastic maneuverability, speed , roll rate , time to turn ..etc ...

After you turn On the Corea mod 1.3 and you take an F-86 from the mod ... You ll immediatly can notice the large difference ! ...

All the moves are tuned down , it s more difficult to pilot it , more difficult to land , when you go to hight speed , The commands become heavy and hard to move the stick ... ( be carefull if you make a dive at a hight speed to keep a good altitude ... ) All like in a real plane !

Without mod , an UFO plane ... With the mod , a correct FM for this plane ( not perfect , the perfection is impossible in a simulator )

You ll see which is the arcade plane ... :wink:

And to prove you are just telling stupidities , I ask to people to do a simple test ...Your curves say my F-86 have better roc , speed , etc , than a real F-86 and than the default hsfx F-86 ?..
Your curves are wrong !... And to see it , all you have to do is to hit fly in the simulator with every F-86 and Corea mod 1.3 On/off ...You ll immediatly see that the default F-86 is like an ufo with a F16 FM , and all is tuned down in my F-86 ...It s exactly the opposite that your curves say ! :lol: ... And tested with some real fighter pilots help ...

Perhaps now you can go far from here ? ( visit to a doctor .... ? )

By the way, MANY THANKS for this mod, it's simply awesome, I've been waiting for a realistic engine start up for ages, but I never thought it could really be done. Only that the bomb bay doors don't work with it is a pity...

I can understand the reason you feel the need to attack me

In that you are one of those guys that can not take construtive critisism

Even though you were the one that asked people to test your mod to see which one they think is more realistic

I guess you never thought anyone would do as detailed of a job as I did

As for your Java class excuse

You are NOW trying to say was not in place back in HISTOMOD 1.1

And that is the cause of the large ROC error IL2Comp is showing in HISTOMOD 1.3

Even though you used that same Java excuse back during the HISTOMOD 1.1 testing

That showed the ROC was off by 35% at SL

So the question still stands

As for your 'simple' test discribed above

In that it is this type of 'detailed' testing that uncovers the arcade types of FMs your F86A has

Where as 'simple' testing is for lemming that want to belive

I ask you to stop by systematically criticizing the work of others.

If the historical mods pack does not suit you, do not instale.

In an attempt to get this topic back on track

Is there a detailed list of what this mod adds, changes, and or breaks (read incomparable with like bomb bay doors)

So people here at AAA/HSFX can make a informed decision as to if they need to DL this mod

In that thus far

The only thing I see it 'doing'

1) Breaks the bomb bay doors
2) Adds heavy breathing that sounds kind of creepy
3) Changes the F86 FM from an F86 to an XWING FM
4) Adds a more detailed startup sequence
5) Changes the one step/button bail out to a two step/button bail out
6) Adds a beautiful F86A cockpit (that can be dl seperatly and added to HSFX)
7) Breaks the canopy open/close such that the autopilot trys to open in flight

Other than that I don't see what else it does for me

Which is not to imply that it does not do more

Just that I have not seen it

And since there is not list of additions, changes, and breaks

I am left to guess at all the things it adds, changes, and breaks

So, it would be nice if there was a detailed list of all the things this mod is supposed to add, change, break

In that there has to be more to it than the 7 things I have listed above..
