Hi folks,
having a little trouble with 4.11, because after loading normal and getting via task manager back into the game, a f.....g white arrow pop

Try using Alt+Tab , hopefully it will help

Try do not use Alt+Tab keys. Use windows key to get out game and acess other software.
Before back to Il2 close all internet explorer;Mozilla openned window. It works to me.

I get this occasionally now that I'm on Windows 7...

IIRC it comes up when I haven't minimized either TS3 window or TrackIr window...

I get this arrow when my Windows firewall is enabled and does not recognize the program.

This happens to me if I move the mouse around or push a button on my joystick while the game is loading up. I hit the windows key back to desktop and then click on the game in the toolbar to go back into the game. That fixes it.

The White arrow pops up because there is a process in the background (usually on the windows desktop) that requires user input.
