I have the 4.10 patch downloaded but not installed so if i install it will i lose all my current mods under 4.09 and then have to reinstall everything or can i install the patch over 4.09 and my mods will be the same? thanks.

4.10m goes in a CLEAN install of 4.09m.

Like skyomish said ( 4.10m goes in a CLEAN install of 4.09m. )
Not all 4.09 mods work right just as they are with 4.10.
You are best to keep your 4.09 modded and make a new IL2
Patch it to 4.09 then add 4.10 then start modding that with

Will be as modded as your 4.09 is now, you might what to

Thanks Fireskull........there is a ton of info in there! i gave the guide a quick read over but i will really go through it tonight.
