CK's Hanover 3D Damage Model.
#16

Ah I got confused, I ususally asscociate the Wing Ribs and Spars with the CAP model because only when the CAP model appears in IL-2 do you see Wing Ribs and Spars, It is alot different for WW1 planes I guess, there will be the Wing Ribs and Spars showing alot of the time when it is damaged, very fragile compared to WW2 metal covered aircraft with less damage showing...

And also about my second question:

Quote:And also I wonder about fire damage, if say your engine caught fire will it spread igniting the fabric all over the aircraft?

Nothing to show just yet on damage model in game as soon as
There is am sure you know I will post it.

As for head shot that happens like this, when pilot is shot in head
Player has no more control of vehicle, a pop up apers on your screen
Saying ( You Are Dead ) click ok to go back to start point,
Click cancel to levee the game, and them are your two options.

This is what is underneath all CK planes that will show as parts
Get damaged, your seeing it all at once here but in game you would
Only see this on the part that is taking on the damage ie ailerons, outer wings
Inner wings, body. tail and rudder to name a few of the parts,
The first photo is the plane undamaged, the next stage would be a mask for
Built holes, then the next photo is first stage damage, the next photo is second
Stage damage then the last stage would be for the part to brake away from the plane.
Just thought you might like to see this.
