UltraPack and HSFX have this mod as default in JSGME. The links are from 2008 and I haven't seen tim before 2008.

I just downloaded a mod ( Russian) that is supposed to work for 4.10m SAS modded sim ...it gives no instructions on install & I assume it goes into files,but it looks pretty lonely there& doesn't seem to work...has anyone got any ideas of what does work?
