Go ask Ultrapack why they didn't include the awesome cockpits for the planes, HSFX 4.1 has the cockpits for the birds, and SAS has a HSFX/UP compatible addon cockpit for the Sabre by Freddy, screenshots of it on AAA somewhere.

It might also be a corrupt install.
For example ... I don't have a Graff Zeplin in my UP2.0 but everything else works ... go figure.
