Update for DCG Operation Hailstone V1.2
#1

Hi,

I have made some changes to the USN squadrons and their bases, because some types of aircrafts have crashed into the water at the start of an Escort carrier!
Furthermore, I have solved the problem of static aircrafts at the Dublon seaplane base!

Download is here:http://www.allaircraftsimulations.com/fo...highlight=

Thanks!

Hi,

Changes V1.1:

Since the new Truk map has changed a bit, I added a few new locals into the campaign!
I have also reduced the number of Japanese aircraft per mission, so that the campaign is more historically balanced!

Thanks!

Changes V1.2:
I made only a few changes to the files so you can play the campaign with the latest version (3.3) of the Truk map!

You get it here: viewtopic.php?f=93&t=26401
Have fun!

Hi,
Tested with DBW 1.71 and DCG 3.47!
Added the "Judy" Dive Bomber by "ten010/Birdman" to the campaign and replaced some ship types!
When aircraft should still explode at mission start and the like, please post here!

Many thanks to Paul Lowengrin for his support and Dynamic Campaign Generator,
"Slink" for the reworked .dcg files for 3.47 and all AAS/SAS and FM Modder for their Mods!

For any of you history buffs:

My neighbor was on a ship that led the attack during Operation Hailstone in the middle of the night. 2AM using radar stolen from the Germans, so they knew where all the ships were.

The top secret raid for radar : "Operation Jubilee" is probably one of the most fascinating stories of the war. The Jack Nissenthal story and how it relates to the attack at Truk is MINDBLOWING.

Cant wait to try the DCG. Thanks!! I tried skinning the ship, but it turned out to be just a little be too complicated:

I made this website and dedicated to him.

Hi,
Interesting site!
I've never heard of the Typhoon, which has raged in the Philippines sea Dec.1944!
