This one shows how beautifull the terrain is. Look at the variety of grassfields and trees!
VSF is also a good and fun tool to make cars and tankS that can shoot!
Second video is about forest:

Last is from default world scenery. Yes, the whole world is flyable and even airfields are there.

And that's not all... There is even spaceflights available

Wow! That looks better that ROF and COD, in my opinion! Wow!

They say that CK will be based on the same basic technology??! Confusedhock:

Thanks for posting that, Kapteeni Smile

This a X-wing fighter which i made with Google sketchup. . It took about one week to make it. Importing Direct x to VSF is quite easy, but it take some time to fix the size right.:

This is a mig that i downloaded from Google sketchup. One can do that, but since they are others makings, you need to aske permission to use those models in game. private use is a different thing though.

I will upload some of my own models with tutorials how to import objects to VSF soon. I did add weapons to this Mig
My own first ever model for VSF, Not much, but it was a start. Made with Google sketchup Pro 8

Hey, Kapteeni

Nice progess there! I like your work.

By the way, my eyes got big when I saw the image of the forest in the hills. Look at that! There are even rocks detailed into the texture! Confusedhock:

The aircraft must be fun to fly in that. How easy is it to import 3D models into VSF?

Adding houses and other static objects are easy to do. You can find tutorials from VSF site and some object converting tools.
Fictive airplanes are relatively easy to import. But real Airplanes aint..
They need to be modelled with professional tools like 3d max.
Making one decent airplane with piston engine takes hundreds hours...
Deutchmark can tell more...

Oh, yeah, Kap

People who have made aircraft that detailed say that one can take months.
