DirectX Problem
#1

Hello!

I am trying to run Unreal Tournament 2004, but it crashes on startup.
It does not give me any errors, only "This program has stopped working"
So far I've noticed that if I use software render it does not crash, so Direct3D must be the problem, and as it's part of DirectX that seems to cause the problems.

I have tried all updated and original DLLs for UT, that means the problem is in DirectX itself, not the game's DLLs.
I cannot find anything wrong in DXDIAG, but the first time I ran it it crashed because of DirectInput error or something.

I tried sfc scan but It found nothing wrong with my system.

Thanks!

Have you tried putting it into comparability Mode?

Yes, that's not the problem, I've tried all of the supported modes and disabled everything, ran as admin, nothing.

It had worked fine without any compatibility modes before, with Direct3D as graphics driver.
