I downloaded it (I don't know when I will have some time to fly her...), but can't vote because it didn't worked. I saw the stars, but they were blue and not enabled. May be I did something wrong ?

Hmm.. It just worked for me. I just rated one of Checkmysix's beautiful skins.
Placed my mouse over the appropriate star and left-clicked. I was logged on at the time aswell..

Anyways, hope you have fun with it when you find time to fly.
