Yes, and wattage is one of the most tricky and potentially damaging aspects of all this. This is an area that demands research and close attention.

Good night!

The things that I like about this card is the DirectX 11, which you will need for Storm of War in a few months. If you get the 1 GB version, then you will be set for a couple years, at least. The Storm of War will probably run best in DirectX with this level of card. Plus, it will let you run IL-2 very well.

If you can wait for NVIDIA to releae their volley of products for DirectX 11 this year, then you might get better performance for the dollar. If you feel that you can not wait, then I feel comfortable recommending this card.

Thanks m8. Then it is settle i buy it

Oh no they did not have that card i looked for what about this also sry guys for that error. And also thanks for sharing this. But should i go for this card HD5770 it cost 20% more then? http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews ... or_hd5770/ is this betther or? They only have 8 again also.

Getting this card with DirectX 11 would be all you need for IL-2. The DirectX 11 will run IL-2 very well. You would be able to run the simulation at setting of which it was ment to be run, short of perfect water. I did not look for the price, but you can not go wrong on performance. I am considering this card, though I prefer NVIDIA and will wait for their DirectX 11 products to begin rolling into market.

If you can afford this card, then get it. This is one that I would not only feel comfortable having, I know that the potential is to have amazing fun with it. Big Grin

For that price, maybe you should crossfire it with another?
