Some are, some aren't. The first batch I made can't, because my collision boxes were very basic. Later ones you can.

Keep up the good work Canon!

Thought I'd post some pics to show that work on this continues behind the scenes, quietly making nice progress. Started to Auto-Pop France with lots of new French objects.

It makes me want to sharpen my skills for red wine, in anticipation that I'd get shot down somewhere over they ferment the beverage
Great stuff Joe!
Thank you!

Great work, is the rubble part of the damage model included with the new buildings?
- Lejo - 24.07.2009
Looks nice all those typical French houses, hopefully my rig can handle this and it doesn't decrease my FPS when I fly over those cities.
But I see a lot of houses in the water on your last screenshot, is this gonna be corrected?

I believe that's just one of the quirks of auto-pop, which is why even though it save you some time, you need to clean it up a bit afterwards. Very time consumeing I imagine...

Replies to questions:
Metatron - Some of the buildings (esp the French town blocks) have rubble as part of the damage model. I've also made a pre-destroyed city block and a separate rubble mound for placing in FMB.
Lejo - of course that will be fixed. What you're seeing here is (as PorcoRosso said) is the results of raw autopopulating. I need to load sections of the map into FMB and remove buildings from rivers, seas, tweak placement and add important landmarks.
Regarding FPS, there's practically no FPS impact at all on my PC, because of how I've designed the 3D models and use of textures. Huge cities, no loss in performance. And it's not like my PC is some super-computer... (Intel® Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs), 4GB RAM, GeForce 8800 GTS 512)

This might be a question answered a million times already;
What scale will the map be in?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression it was 2:3 :-?
