A lot of mods seems to have files in them with names like :

etc...
Which programm can open these files ? I first thought it were Java Files, but I have tried 2 Jave editors and none of them can handle these files...
After litlle search ............Weapons files :roll: no sure you get an answer.....

Josses mod "override" my personal sound settings, and i want to open these file to see if there is a file in which are the sound files stated
He told me to just copy "my" sound files back in the sample folders, but i have done that and still got the normal 0.93 sound files ( for example i have renamed the 0.92 50cal sound file to Mg131 to use this sound for the german MG, but after installation of the weapon mod i got the the 0.93 MG131 sound, and recopy my files didnt change it
I also dont understand how the weapon mod change the sound files without copy files to the "samples" folder, so i want to open the stated files and check if there is a path into which sound file to use
I also want the MG17, 0.333 and MG151 / 20 back to the original Il2, but with using the new 50 Cal tracers and the Smoke lines.
But i dont know which files to delete in the weapon mod to get the old weapons back
So i want to use the needed program to understand these files !

Also a lot of German Users miss the smoke tracers from the MG 17
EDIT : I know that there are modded weapon files, but I prefer optical effects over realism, so i willing to get back to the Original Maddox MG 151 / 20 files
My target is to archieve a "part using" of the weapon mod, use the effects i like, delete the new ones i dont like
