Mmmm... not quite. To be exactly correct, the in-game "Type 18" is a cross between the Type 10 and the the Type 18. It features the conical spinner of the 10, and could arguably (since the 3d model is so low in detail) be an 18 for the remainder of the details (i.e. cowl, etc).
The in-game "Type 24" is actually a Type 28. The 28 is based on the Type 24 airframe, sharing its spinner and the powered by the same M-63. The Type 27 was based on the Type 18 airframe, and shared its spinner, details and M-62 motor.
Both I-16 3d models, however, are replete with errors and are missing significant details, the large ski troughs in the cowling being the most obvious, perhaps.
All I-16s used in the SPB programme were modified Type 5s, which do not exist in the game. Maslov produced drawings of a 24SPD, but did not mention it anywhere in his history; perhaps it was a proposal? He will have to answer that matter himself. However, all known photographs of the SPB show Type 5s.
