Downloaded for the first time wrapper a/c install and sound mod SFX 06 and then Spit One
Also installed them in that order into 1946 folder.
when I go to play I get a Russian load-out screen that goes to 60% and then goes back to desktop...Help!!

Your install sequence is wrong, look at the instructions below, please, it says to install sound mod first then the others.

INSTALLATION (READ CAREFULLY)
1. BACKUP YOUR IL2-1946 GAME FOLDER
2. CHOOSE YOUR ENG_SOUND_MOD VERSION & DOWNLOAD
3. INSTALL YOUR SOUND MOD
MAKE SURE YOU POINT INSTALLER TO YOUR IL2 GAME FOLDER

Ver 0.6 Download > SFX_0_6.exe (LATEST)

Ver 9.3 Download > ENG_Sound_mod_Version_093.exe

Ver 9.2 Download > ENG_Sound_mod_Version_092.exe

Ver 9.0 Download > ENG_Sound_mod_Version_09.exe

4. AFTER YOU HAVE INSTALLED ABOVE DOWNLOAD INSTALL THESE;
a.Download > WRAPPER.exe
b.Download > AC_INSTALLER_v2.2.exe
5. FINISHED ! PLAY GAME

Try to reinstall the Wrapper and a/c installer first, if the game loads good if not you may need to start over.

It's not quite clear in the above post but the various versions listed are options- only ONE of them should be installed, for example SoundMod 093.0 but not any of the others. In other words you only need one of them, but which ever one you choose should be installed before anything else.
