Hi there ,

as i recently switched from Zone alarm ( which was ok for my 56k connection) to Comodo cos i figured better protection is needed now when i'm online 24/7 (DSL finally :-) ).

I've managed to place il2 folder among my "safe" applications ("my own safe files") and i've added AAA server IP to "my network zones " .

Also i've chose "trusted application" for IL2fb.exe when first asked and allowed all accesses for that option. Firewall security level is set to "safe mode" and defense level to "Clean PC mode" .

Now is there anything else i could do cos i have stutters when playing online on AAA server ( ping-meter 4 greens) ?

no longer on dial up? Sweet move. Well, you could try opening up some ports. Usually the 21000 port/udp and any port that servers use. Also any game connection service programmes such as Hyperlobby, allow access to all of its .exe i am not an expert but there is plenty on other forums about this, the things above is what i have done on my mcafe firewall

ok , i think i managed to make rule for AAA IP address and port (21060 ?) and allowed full access ( in and out) ... will try it now

... huh ... many thanks , seams to me that i have lot to read/learn ...and they say nothing educational comes with playing a game :wink:
