My game has suddenly decided not to load anymore and crashes at 5%.
The last thing i installed was the swastika enabler from mission for today. i have uninstalled it and done a system restore but to no avail.
My sound is also set a 44.1kMhz

anybody know anything else i could try?
Any help would be appreciated

Re-install the wrapper and the latest AC_Installer. If that doesn't work...Delete your files folder and your MODs folder and reinstall the Unified Installer

gonna havta do a clean install i think and mod all the way up again

You did something wrong..

Are you sure you deleted you {IL-21946 Game Folder\files} and your {IL-21946 Game Folder\MODs} folders?

If all is pooched....I hope you have a clean copy of IL-2 1946 patched to 4.08m

If not:

Install from the DVD 4.07m and patch it to 4.08m then follow the instructions for installation of the Unified Installer

If you do:

Uninstall and delete the mess you have now; then Drag another copy off of your clean install and install the UI as per directions.

yeah ive done a clean install now and reinstalled everything. just gonna steer clear of the swastika enabler, not sure why it caused my game to fail but i can live without it i reckon.

seaniebeag1983, if you install IL-2 Shturmovik Stab Version 6.3 you can use it to enable historic markings.
