Total newbie who wants to fix somethings in the avenger
#1

Im a bomber CO of the VMTB-143 of the MCVG-2. we are trying hard to use the avenger mod But weve found it incredibly difficult. Ive obtained some actual TBM pilots handbooks and spoke to an Avenger pilot from ww2, Id love to be able to learn how to mod this aircraft correctly per AAA specs, have it tested and approved. Could somone point me in the general direction on how to do this from the ground up.... We can hardly land this aircraft its so quirky, we have made some adjustments to trim but for the avarege pilot its frankly a death trap. On a postive note we could see some real value in this aircraft. so if somone is willing to give me some info or tutor me id be greatly indebted. Id like to get this plane working corrctly for the entire Il-2 community and tested By the AAA staff. But i wana do It the RIGHT way. IE submit it to the Experts at AAA for testing and eval and once its tweaked have you folks approve and then post it. Thank you so much for your time and consideration in this Matter

200th_Sakagawa,
Maybe the PTO community has already given us the Slot maps, LALRones Okinawa, NTL Darwin, several great campaigns and missions and are working on a major new map of New Guinea and New Britain.

Maybe your cheap shot at guys making the "next FW version" is uncalled for.

There was much work done making pacific AI flyables before there was one new FW.

Would you dictate what these guys do as a hobby and give freely?

Ranger6, I hope your offer is taken up by those in charge here and, as one of the totally untalented beneficiaries of the good things added, thank you for the effort.

I agree..I hope you can do something to make this plane a little more realistic as compared to the others when it comes to "flyability" Smile
