as much as i can see from his mod ,Bee has done it just by editing P40M/E plane's hier.him file ( determines position of each mesh) so i imagine that it's doable for all planes ....

The external canopy will open and close (on command without hier.him edit) even on planes that don't have canopy control if you can trick it into reading the cockpit door command. I'm working on a P47D10 right now and this is the case.

someone must find out and make cannopies open partially for all planesThey looks awsome like i said in another thread like this this should be main task for AAA,modders and programmers.
