Showing trim percent
#1

I was just windering... why we can't see percent of trim progress ? On the same way like in throttle, when we are pushing it up or down and we can see percent of it.

This "visualisation" of trim can be useful for faster trimming. Just set on the nedeed value and done Smile

Does anybody can make this little mod ?

but how you are choosing initial trim setting when it changes constantly with different aircraft speed ?
In my case what is good for 250MPh is no longer good at 350MPh and on and on.......
I hope it's not a dumb question as I might be missing something with trim settings for all those years .
Help

BTW , Idea is great Big Grin

I do mine by 'feel.' When I can get the inclinometer to stop, then I am good Tongue

(inclinometer I mean the gauge that tells you your rate of climb Wink )

Yes, it's good solution too Smile But in real pilots just set up qucikly required trim by watching the indicators. If You know your aircraft good, You will know all trim values for all speeds, altitudes etc.

This is some kind of idea for modders. I'm not one of them so I'm not able to do this mod, unfortunatelly Sad
