The US 250 pound bombs look fine, but the 500 and 1000 pound bombs are very blocky and not rounded on the nose.

Has anyone considered upgrading these bombs?

Nope. The post referenced above is for the RAF 250 and 500 pound bombs. I am talking about the USAAF 500 and 1000 pound bombs. The RAF 500 pound and USAAF 500 pound seem to be two different models/meshes.

Pardon me, your worship. I did search around and must have somehow missed anyone currently working on the USAAF 500 and 1000 LB bombs. I see where Zorin has upgraded the RAF 250 and 500 LB bombs, but that was all I found. The RAF and USAAF 500 LB bombs are two different models.

Zorin is working on the US bombs, if you look in his post in the beta mods discussion section around page 5-7 I think, there are some screens. So yes, the project is being worked on, along with new rockets, droptanks, and new bombs for the other nations. Just gotta be patient.

Those are only reskins.

Mine are new meshes with fuzes and stuff, with skins made by Monguse. Just be patient, there are a number of USAAF loadouts.

You're right, Zorin. I thought he was looking for skins, but I see now he's after new meshes, too.
Ok, mate - wait patiently for Zorin's new meshes, but in the meanwhile there are some skins out there, at least... :wink:
