I have the new version 4.3 now and am messing around with it. I am not getting any wind with parameters set as they were with 3.1. Is there a readme to go with version 4.3? I found that Zloy is active in the forums at aviaskins but, well, I don't speak Russian and not even sure how to communicate there, lol. Thanks for any help on this.
Here is the parameters section I have in my mission.

WindVelocity 22
WindDirection 33
WindTop 1000
WindTurbulence 0
WindGust 0
