The SM.79 will be released...I have been assured by one of its makers. The larger development team and the overall greater volume of work for a three-engined type means that it will take longer to complete. Patience my friend.

Of course this link is crucial for a more complete immersion in missions with Italian pilots, as it would be interesting to share the folder "SKINMOD" with all aircrafts in the Libyan scenery with the "desert" skin. But the file is quite heavy, if you think I could put it in Mission4Today to those interested. Thanks for having thought of the Italian pilots.

Sure, why not, however as I said, I am not the author of these files, so I would recommend tracking them down and asing for their permission before uploading it at one of the major sites.

I always found those FB German-speaking Italians to be an immersion killer. Often I would change friendly Italian AI to 'Romanian' in campaign missions, as Romanian can sound like Italian at times. But just as British actors doing a US Speechpack would sound silly, this wasn't really satisying. Nothing beats an actual Italian speechpack, besides I want the upcoming SM.79's cries for help to sound Italian over the radio when I shot them full of lead and send them burning towards the ground Wink

Cheers
