Is there a way to change the mouse pan speed in game?

in the conf.ini file of your game oped it with notepad

scrol down to rts moust here u can edit the setting to any speed u want

So to slow it by half I would change it from 1.0 to 0.5 right?

That worked great. I set x,y,and z to 0.25, much smoother for turrets and defensive guns. Thanks again.
