Would it be possible to give the four light objects in the FMB a properties value ie Blue or Red? I'm thinking that if they can be made to act like searchlights then it would be possible to have lights come on when friendly aircraft are around but stay off if enemy aircraft are nearby.
Is this doable?

totally agree. this as some airfields are a nightmare to accually find the darn runway atleast in full real...
maybe someone should model little green men with flags that standing near the turns on the taxiway wave you in the direction to the runway that gives you the way to takeoff, so you dont taxi and find yourself at the middle of the runway with full loadout and fuel,,
And if wind is presant a little script thats says: wind direction 350>windsock 350> Flags 350.

how about lights for ships too, during the Marinas Turkey shoot all the US ships in the fleet where lit up so the pilots could find their way home at night. it would be cool... and have search-lights on them as well that turn on and track enemy planes.
