[Doolittle81]

I downloaded and installed, I think, Bf109E-1 and a set of skins (Capt Farrells) for same.

Problem: In the read me for the E-1, it says:

Insert on planes_ru.properties:

Bf-109E-1/B Bf-109E-1/B, 1939
Bf-109E-3/B Bf-109E-3/B, 1939


I've searched my computer (all IL2 installations, all folders) and I apparently have no such "planes_ru.properties" file

Where is it supposed to be, and why don't I have it???

My MODS folder only contains a list of AI aircraft made flyable by the sound mod. I can't download any new aircraft.
Am I missing something ?
