Can somebody please tell me what this error means? And how Can I fix it?

I used to get that all the time with my old computer, and I later found it was partially lack of RAM. That is the only thing I know of.

i got these messages too in the past a lot. But lately they are gone although i never fixed it as far as i know. I can only imagine that some MOD coused it and that another MOD fixed it?? I have no other explaination for it. I have 2 GB RAM and that was never broken. I always checked that by running diagnostic tools, so if it's not my RAM it must be a MOD (my guess).
