new QMB feature
#1

This is a request:

I was making a demo and it occured to me that it would be great to have a way to choose X number of enemy aircraft, and then once you destroyed them they could respawn.

I know i could just hit refly, but there is more going than just attempting one pass or tactic.

Similarly, there could also be a setting that introduces enemy aircraft at a given interval. Instead of facing all the aircraft at once, i can choose 4 planes, and each could spawn 3 minutes appart.

I really only use QMB for practice or testing of mods, and this seems like it might add another dynamic to it.
Hitting refly works to, but there is the stop/start/ load, and resetting of the board that can take away from a certain aspect of the simulation.

Probably not in high demand, i really don't know of too many players who use the QMB as often as they play online or play campaigns.

I would imagine that many on-line players practise their dogfighting in the QMB.....
Off-liners are stuck with QMB or missions/campaigns/default campaigns made by others.....
the few who learn to use the FMB make whatever they like and share with others....

You would best be served by the Zuti made MDS mod...Moving Dogfight Server...which can still be played off-line too....just as coop missions can.
The soon to be released version will have ground radar and refuelling/re-arming and other things....

Quite true and an excellent program!!! But... it hasn't been updated with any of the new maps and objects, only some planes, so it has its' limitations. But great friggin' program!
