Well. Do a reinstall. Thats all ther is left to do.
The reason this happend is becuase you got mods when you were not supposed to.
Did you get this when you had mods and you patched up to 4.09m?

i used to have patch 4.09b1m but there were no servers running that so i got the other patch

You should not patch in that order.

Make a CLEAN install. Move all your mods. Then make sure nothing
is left in your game folder.
Disk 4.07-----> 4.08m-----> 4.09m
TEST game after each install.
You should also get HSFX -V 4.0 and HSFX -V 4.1 most use that now.

OK Bobby,
Here's a free one on the house.
1st you need to install game. That will give you 4.05 version.
2nd patch the game with 4.07, 4.08 and 4.09m.
3rd Now don't worry about the 95% thing cause your not done patching yet.
You need to figure out which way you want to go either HSFX or UP 2.0
If you chose the HSFX then I would install 4.0 and 4.1
If you chose the UP then download and install the full 2.0 patch
Once your done the game will start fine and you'll have latest versions. If I were you I would go the UP 2.0 route cause it seems like alot of online servers are going with UP 2.0....but
Basically its your choice....Good Luck and enjoy!

The best thing about UP 2.0 is it already has HSFX 4.1 in it. That way if you want to downgrade and play with other HSFX 4.1 people, you can just use the JSGME option for HSFX 4.1.
