Weird view control issue in IL-2 1946 4.09m
#1

Hi all,

Back after a few month break after my old PC died, and I built a new one. The new rig has been up and running for a while, and I have no issues with other sims (FSX, BoB2). For reference, its a Q6600 oc to 3.2ghz, 4gb 1066 RAM, Vista x64, ATI 4870 1gb DDR5.

Just reinstalled my IL-2 1946 digital, patched to 4.09m, then the digital fix patch in prep for the 4.10.

I'm having a weird issue that I've been unable to figure out: The view in the cockpit suddenly locks to the right-rear and I can't stop it.

I feel like there's an axis or key assigned to a pan or view key that shouldn't be, but I can't for the life of me figure out which it is... I have a saitek stick, and I've mapped the pitch/yaw/rudder/throttle axes properly and they work. The hat switch seems to be mapped properly too. I can usually start a flight, and the cockpit views work fine for maybe a minute, then suddenly the view will switch to right-rear and I have to quit the flight.

any thoughts? Really appreciate the help in advance, dying to get back into the game on the new gear...
