Ok Ive got the answers for you. If you have Vista or Win 7, do all the proper clean instal instructions. Once installed, go into the game file folder, find the big yellow G. Thats where you turn on/off the mods. Right click it and open as admin. and select the mods you want. After that go to the in folder game launcher icon, right click it and launch game as admin. The game should now be running properly and you should see the new splash screen. The key is running in admin status.
