Excellent tutorials Kevin, thank you very much, they are greatly appreciated. 8)

Like Uzin I had a problem getting the plates to show at first in my current Mod activated 4.11, luckily I still had an older version on the external drive in which they did work.

Ever since I created Manam from your first tutorial I wanted to add an airfield to it, this seemed like an opportune moment to do that and try out the plates tutorial.

The field is limited to types such as the Ju-52, but at least it is on.

The bit I found the most difficult was the one using two textures, guess I messed something up here eh

More practice necessary me thinks.

The tutorials are superbly done, thank you for taking the time and effort to put them together.

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. Big Grin

Dear Pete

Thank you for your kind words, I was expecting your post to be about some problem you had as these tutorials are quite out of date now.

Cheers, Kevin.

Hello Kevin, not quite sure how but I have finally got the texture applied to this as you intended. 8)

Quite where I went astray I am not sure but all is ok now.

For some strange reason these show up on a map in my ModAct 4.11, yet I cannot add them as objects, must have them in the wrong place I suppose.

These tutorials are proving to be quite enjoyable, but equally frustrating also.

Guess I have a lot to learn yet.

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. Big Grin
