Like every other game, there will be mods and addons for it. How silly of me!
And I see it has a car creator, track creator, etc. That's a big plus.

yeah, my Lenovo ThinkPad R61 laptop is two years old, handles a lot of games so great, handles probably one of the biggest CPU using flightsims(X-Plane) like it was nothing, yet it seems some games it just sucks at.(Arma, MW2, MoH Airborne)
I wish I had a desktop too!!
